Dharmesh Vora Founder, President, CEO, Chief Financial Advisor
Dharmesh’s passion for making his community a better place is a guiding force in his work with all his clients. A homegrown Arizona local, he is Flagstaff’s familiar neighbor and a widely known philanthropist in northern Arizona.
With over 30 years of financial planning experience, Dharmesh is a bestselling author, portfolio manager and personal wealth coach. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, as well as Newsweek magazine as a “Financial Trendsetter” and USA Today as a “Financial All-Star.” He has appeared on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX, sharing his wealth of knowledge in retirement planning for high net worth families.
A brilliant strategist with a down-to-earth approach to wealth management, Dharmesh has reverse-engineered the financial planning process to make it easy to understand and tailored for every client. This type of white-glove, boutique-firm service exemplifies his commitment to going above and beyond to exceed his clients’ expectations.
Dharmesh is a member of Ed Slott’s Elite IRA Advisor Group and a Top of the Table advisor for the past 10 years. He currently serves on the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce board. He has served on the executive board of Habitat for Humanity and is a charter member of Childhelp USA, Flagstaff Chapter. He was previously the chairman of the board for the Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees). He also served as a past president of the Northern Arizona Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Additionally, he has served as an ambassador for the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce and has been an active member of the Rotary Club since 1993.
He is happily married to his wife Colleen with whom he upholds good old-fashioned close-knit family values.

Franky Lynch Financial Advisor
After successfully obtaining a BS Degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, the world of finance beckoned to Franky Lynch, and he soon yielded to his true calling. He wasn’t just hearing things.
He joined the banking industry and proved himself a powerhouse asset who quickly grew the financial institution’s individual and business client base. His passion to better serve families and businesses attain financial freedom emboldened him to pursue and acquire the proper licensing and knowledge to become an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR). Not only did he clinch the Series 65 license, but he is also a licensed Insurance Agent, and has earned certification from the National Social Security Administration as an Advisor.
His presence in the firm as an IAR changes the face of investing – pairing a people-first philosophy with expert advice and custom investment products. Franky likes working with conscientious individuals and families who value advice and have set relevant goals. To them, he offers himself as a reliable resource, getting to their personal situation by heart and knowing their circumstances through and through. His down-to-earth approach takes the mystery out of investing, communicating with clients as they prefer.
Franky is also your active money manager, diligently monitoring your portfolio in order to adapt investments as market conditions change. With his hands-on approach and constant monitoring for performance, he brings his stamp of intelligent personal attention to your investments and diligence to your accounts.
When he's not forging his unique path as a Financial Advisor, his love for the great outdoors takes him skiing the slopes of Arizona Snowball, golfing or traveling to Lake Powell while enjoying Flagstaff, Arizona, which has been home to Franky for some time now.

Michael Herrmann Financial Advisor
Michael is all about building real relationships. From the time he started his career as a licensed insurance agent in 1995 with Fortune 500 Company, MassMutual, to executing the highest standard of care today as an Investment Adviser Representative and a Fiduciary, he has always looked out for his clients’ best interests, and above all else.
For him, service is never one-and-done. He is there for his clients for the rest of their life’s journey. Coming from a genuine desire to help people manage their money, prepare for the unknown and reach their financial goals, he is uniquely positioned to offer the right expertise best aligned with his clients’ priorities, and ever-changing situations.
It is then no wonder he has built his practice on the strength of trust, service level and transparency. Michael has served families and individuals - including high net worth and accredited investors - with their retirement accounts, Medicare Plans, Annuities, Life, Health, Disability and Long-Term Care Insurance, Estate Planning, Social Security options, Disability Claims, and State and Federal Assistance Programs. He has also assisted small, mid-sized and publicly traded companies with their Employee Benefit Plans, 401(k), SEP IRA, Key-Man Coverage and Buy-Sell Arrangements. Likewise, he has managed the investments, portfolio analysis and brokered funding for Banks and Credit Unions.
While he strives to set himself apart as a Financial Advisor, it is an interesting contrast to note that Michael has an identical twin among his six siblings. And as he carefully calculates how much risk is appropriate for his clients based on their risk tolerance, he is only too adventurous and daring to dive as a PADI-Certified Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver, snow ski or windsurf.
Michael is enjoying wedded bliss with his wife Apryl, and daughters, Kaylee, and Megan. He has done volunteer work for the Junior Achievement Classroom Workshop, fundraising for the MDRT Foundation, and finding (and foster failing) homes for neglected pets.
